Speak Now or Forever Rot in Peace

Don't be afraid to speak:


We've all been there.......yes we have all been there.....in the movie theater when the screen makes all those weird noises and then BAM...”Silence is Golden” appears on the screen in giant gold letters. But is silence really that golden? What do you do when you have something important to say? What do you do when you're screaming for help within but you feel like your voice or opinion doesn't matter? Do you keep quiet & let silence eat you from within? Or do you break your silence & take that bold step of talking to someone whom you trust about what you are going through? I would hope that you'd pick option two which is telling someone what you're going through. No one should ever have to go through pain, hurt, depression, or stress alone. The greatest thing you can do when you are experiencing any of those or others, is to SPEAK. Let someone know how you are feeling mentally & emotionally. But also know that not everyone deserves to hear what you are going through. Don't be afraid of being afraid. It's OK to feel vulnerable when experiencing those things. It feels even worse when you have no one to talk to about what you are experiencing. Trust me, I've been there countless times in my life. I was on the brink, on the edge, & I wanted to give up. I wanted to hide away from the world & lock myself in a closet. Ive even contemplated suicide. I'm sure we've all asked the question, “Why me?”. Right? If not, then eventually you will. Life has a way of knocking you down & it will do everything in its might to make you stay there. It's up to you to get back up & conquer whatever you are going through. I always tell people, if you don't try, you're never gonna get out, so why not try? Why not have a positive mindset & fight through it.

When someone tells you that you don't matter, SPEAK! When you're hurting & you're on the edge, SPEAK! Don't stay silent. Silence can kill. I will say this, know when to be silent because there are times in life where silence will do you justice. You will know when to be silent. Trust your instinct because it'll never lead you wrong. Always know that you are not alone! There's soo much good this world has to offer you. There are lots of good people in the world with beautiful hearts. Someone is willing to help you fight through whatever you are experiencing. You have no time to stay silent, SPEAK NOW or forever rot in peace.
